She studied at West Kent College, obtaining a BTEC National Diploma in Musical Theatre. She has been involved in many local productions, including playing the lead role of Carmen Diaz in \u2018Fame The Musical\u2019, and Rita O\u2019Grady in \u2018Made In Dagenham The Musical\u2019. Vanessa also sings in 2 bands: Soul Town &#8211; a Motown covers band which she has been in for 5 years. Alongside performing, Vanessa is passionate about working within mental health, and has been running various confidence boosting workshops in schools over the last 3 years.
